Inspiron 5555 not loading

Hello, please help me with the problem ( sorry for my english  ). : inspiron 5555 while running once, rebooted by himself, then blue screen logo with kinda sad smile  and text that system error happend ( without error # ) then i shut it by long time push power button, then after loading it was no image, i can reboot it many times, then it suddenly shows dell logo, loading and loading stops,then after reboot again no screen image
