That error means a faulty solid state drive. If the system is under warranty, record the validation code and contact Dell support for a replacement. If it's out of warranty, you'll need a new M.2 2280 SSD (the system will take either the faster NVMe or slower SATA type).

I am out of a warranty. And ironically, it is 3 years and 2weeks after I bought it.
So, even the extended warranty would not cover it.
I removed the Optane drive in the hope I will be able to access my data without it. I only get "No bootable drive found".
I checked both UEFI and Legacy Boot Sequence. Is there any way to remove Optane from the loop?

It has to be deactivated from under Windows first - meaning you cannot, if the system won't boot. That said, though the system won't boot, the data should still be on your hard drive -- and that being the case, removing the drive and mounting it in an external enclosure should allow access using a working system.
