Inspiron 5570, how to enable Intel Optane memory?

Question

3rd August 2020- operating system crashed.

18 August 2020- Onsite technician visits along with 32GB Optane memory and install operating system on the 32GB optane memory.

28 August- issue reported

Spoke to so many technicians for technical support. None know how to reinstall the operating system on 2TB HDD and enable Optane Memory.

6 Oct- Floor Manager says he is there is no-one for further escalations, only email id is service_escalations@dell.

I have already escalated them and have to call back for status of escalation status.
