Inspiron 5577 Dead

Hello.

I have had my 5577 for a few years and have zero issues until Sunday.

The Laptop was powered on sitting on a table, I used it for a few minutes, walked a way for a while, came back and it was off.  I attempted to power it on, nothing, no fans, nothing.  I held power button down for a 30 seconds, nothing.  I removed the battery, connected power cable and attempted to power it back on, nothing.  I read the CMOS battery could be dead or be causing the issues so I removed the wrist pad, keyboard and replaced the CMOS battery with a new one, verifying the voltage at the end of the plug with Multimeter.  Re-attached the wrist pad and connected the ribbon cables and still nothing.  The blue ring is on the power cable end and when the cable is inserted into the laptop the LED is on and is solid white, when I push power button the LED flashes white once, if I hold the power button it flashes white until I release the power button, then the LED returns to a solid white color.

Anyone have suggestions/recommendations?
