hello
recently my dell Inspiron 5577 LCD got broken so I replaced it with a new one but now the problem is it is not giving a resolution of 1920*1080
No Events found!

Check the specifications of the panel you purchased. You can also check the panel specs in setup (F2 at powerup).
If your panel shows HD rather than FHD (HD is 1280X720p), check with your panel supplier.
