Inspiron 7572 - Touchpad Issues

Hi, I recently bought an Inspiron 7572 but the touch pad appears loose and wobbly with a very fragile touch feel on the right had bottom corner. The touch pad also is visibly above the palm rest level. When I wrote to tech support they said it is a new design. This doesn't look right to me. Does anyone have a similar experience with the 7572 touch pad?
