Inspiron 7786 Infinite Startup

Hi,

I own an Inspiron 7786. I went to restart my laptop and I have been unable to boot into Windows 10. Every time I boot it, it is stuck in an endless loop of loading with a dell logo on a black screen. I’ve tried hard resetting it three times and I’m unable to go into safe mode or startup repair. It sometimes shows that it is “Preparing Automatic Repairs” but it goes back to the dell logo on a black screen with the loading symbol. I did a hard drive test in thorough test mode in the BIOS and there are no error codes. I just want it to boot normally. Please help. Thank you
