Inspiron, CPU failure
I have an Inspiron 15-3502. Yesterday, I went to turn it on but it wouldn't power on. I knew that my laptop was charged when I last shut it down. The LED indicator blinks 2 amber then 1 white. From what I found, that means there's a CPU failure but I've only had the laptop for about 2 months and it showed know indication of CPU failure beforehand. The only previous issue i had with the laptop was screen damage that I had fixed. I'm kind of freaking out over it, I don't know what to do

Unplug system, remove base cover and disconnect the battery. Hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall both memory modules. Reconnect the battery and power up again - if the error persists, the CPU is indeed bad. It's not replaceable -- you'll need to replace the entire system board (the CPU is soldered to the mainboard). If that screen damage was the result of an impact or drop, chances are this won't be covered by warranty.

The error code can arise from a faulty CPU or a faulty system board.
Try a reset:
Unplug the system, disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Reconnect the battery and see if the system will power up. If the problem recurs, you'll need to replace the system board (the CPU is soldered to the mainboard, so both make up a single unit you'll need to replace).

And just to add, if the system is still under warranty and the offered suggestions do not work, call Dell tech support for service.
