Inspiron G3 15-3579, randomly freezes
My laptop that I bought back in August has this reoccurring problem that occurs more and more frequently. It randomly freezes and nothing works, not even ctrl+alt+delete. However if i simply unplug the power supply or shut the lid and reopen it, it works perfectly fine. Anyone else notice this problem or know a solution?
Current Config:
Intel i7-8750h
1050 ti
PC 401 NVME SK hynix 512 GB

I returned my G3 for warranty service due to the random freezes issue. I was told that they had to replace the motherboard. The frequency of freezing episodes decreased; nevertheless, they still happened. I found out that I cannot put any pressure on the corner of the case, to the left of the mouse pad. Furthermore, I have to use an external mouse, because the mouse pad is too sensitive regardless of the settings assigned. As expected, my warranty has expired. Very disappointed with this laptop and Dell's response t this issue.

Hi,
I've been having this problem for over a year now, did we get a fix or can anyone direct me to someone who can help. Got a Dell G3 15 which freezes, and nothing works to unfreeze it, at random

It's been 2 days I have these issues using browsers or fl studio (I don't use the pc for games), any solution?
