Install Dell Update Application plus DUA for Windows 10 plus Support Assist?

Question

I recently installed Windows and all my other programs from scratch. When I go to the Dell Support website I find that Dell Update Application plus Dell Update Application for Windows 10 are available for my laptop (Dell Inspiron 5482 2-in-1).

I'm running Windows 10 Pro and I have already installed Support Assist. Is there a point in also installing Dell Update and why are there two similarly named programs being offered to me for installation? Should I install either of them?
