Intel Wireless Bluetooth is missing from my Device Manager
Hi
I have a Dell Inspiron 7386 2 in 1 laptop. My OS is Windows 10 (version 1909). My BIOS is version 1.7.1. For weeks now, I have not been able to use my Bluetooth. I have notice that it has not shown up in my device manager. I have been searching online to find out how to fix the Bluetooth. I have restarted my computer. I have disable and enable my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. I have started and restarted Bluetooth Services. I have turn off the fast startup. I have downloaded the latest driver using the Intel Driver & Support page. I used Dell Update and Support Assistant. I have ran system file checker. I have an check disk, I have ran the DISM. I even used Windows Update. I checked to make sure my BIOS version was update to date and it was up to date. And all of my drivers are up to date. All Windows updates are up to date. I even cleaned up my laptop even did a system recovery. And nothing has worked. I don't know what else to do. Can anyone help me with this problem? I can't open up this laptop and reconnect the Bluetooth.

See https://www.dell.com/community/XPS-Desktops/XPS-8930-Qualcomm-QCA9377-Bluetooth-failures-2/m-p/7618909#M50621
This is a basic problem with the Qualcomm QCA9377 card and there is a workaround but no fix.

Have the same laptop as the OP, and ~the same problem. This machine does not have a Qualcomm QCA9377 card; the Wifi/Bluetooth card is Intel AC 9560.
The issue is that Bluetooth disappears after a timeout sleep/wake cycle (that is sleep, not hibernate). It is restorable by a hard boot, and by nothing else. None of the many other interventions suggested here makes any difference.
The problem appears to be associated with a failure to initialise a USB port, because a failed USB device initialisation appears in the Device Manager list every time (below).
Similar issues appear to have been occurring across different Dell machines for at least 12 months, based on the multiple threads at this forum. Most report this same failed USB port.
Frankly, Dell, this is disgraceful.

The Wifi/Bluetooth card:
The failed USB device:
Surprisingly, the Bluetooth Support Service is shown as running even though Bluetooth is not available, also suggesting some initialisation glitch.
