Internal hard drive compatibility & additional hard drive

Hi, 

I want to replace my Internal HDD for inspiron 3543, so could you please help me where can I check if my laptop is compatible for internal HDD. For example. Seagate, Toshiba internal drives compatible with this model?

Secondly, is it possible to install additional HDD & SSD Noth for getting better performance, means one HDD & another one SSD.

Please help me which company's internal drive is best suitable & where can I check my laptops compatibility before purchasing a new one.
