Just open my computer, it’s too slow
I was gifted Inspiron 15 3501. The laptop is so slow. Am not getting it. I have reset it twice but no improve . I have also tried to speed up watching you tube video. What should i do?
It takes 3/4 minutes to start...

Run troubleshooting tools on your computer. Please type Troubleshooting Control Panel onto [Cortana] search box, click "View All ", and then windows updates. Run the other tools as well.

If it has any two of the "deadly three" -- an i3 CPU, 4G RAM and a spinning hard drive -- it's never going to be a capable performer.
Since you can't upgrade the CPU, add more RAM and replace the hard drive with an SSD (or return the system and order a replacement model so equipped).
