Key board not working 5593
Hi
My Dell 5593 keyboard is not working during warranty time.
Replaced the keyboard twice ( response and replacement service was very good, service engineer told me that, this issue is common in this model ) , now it is out of warranty , again same problem
as mentioned by many users in this forum , it is a software/ Design issue ,
Don't know what to do , wasted the money

Sadly, you are not alone.
The only solution is to never again expend any of your funds to get any items from this company. There is no fix, and they don't care and will not help you. Accept the loss and Never make the same mistake by allowing one single rupie to go to them.

I stopped buying any Dell products, and never recommend it to anyone.
For office computer also , I opted for a different brand.
As a solution from Dell side, they can give a replacement computer for all the buyers of 5593, at a discount of 70-80 % of the selling price of new computer. Like how tire companies giving replacement for the damaged tires
Customers will be happy , else this will be the beginning of the decline of Dell brand .

You may want to get a can of Air and clean the keyboard to see if that will resolve the issue. You can also click here for troubleshooting your keyboard/
Have you recently installed any hardware or software into the system? Click here and update the system bios. Also, start the computer and tap the F12 key. Choose to run the ePSA diags on the system.
