Keyboard mice wireless lost dongle
I have been using wireless keyboard mouse km114 manufacture year is 2014.
I have recently lost the dongle and the mouse also seems to have burned at the battery area near the spring wire.
Can I get this serviced repaired through the company services. Also I cannot use this otherwise though so what should be my next step

No. The receiver is hard-paired with the keyboard/mouse when it is manufactured. There is no way to replace it afterward, and though there are universal receivers, they are not compatible with your keyboard/mouse.
Neither is repair practical when a brand-new wireless keyboard/mouse combination sells for $30 or less.
