Keyboard Not Functioning Properly after Battery Replacement

I have a Dell Inspiron, roughly 12 years old now, and I recently replaced the battery. I got it on Amazon but ensured it was an official Dell battery and not a knockoff. Now with the new battery, every time I turn on my laptop when unplugged using battery power, the keyboard barely works. I have to hit each key multiple times for the laptop to type a letter in. However, when I plug in the laptop (and then even unplug it), or if I start the laptop while plugged in (and then unplug it), the keyboard works fine. What is going on, what is the fix?

Did we install the battery incorrectly? Did we not drain the power correctly when replacing the battery? Is the keyboard ribbon cable out of position or not connected correctly? Or is it a driver issue? I just ran Dell Assistance program to ensure everything is updated, and it did not help.

You are the technician on this project, so you tell us.

Yeah, I don't know where some of these parts come from. They look about right (but maybe a different revision) and usually no DPNs. It's like they come directly from company that makes them for Dell/Compal/Wistron (who ever) but dumped into gray-market instead.

Well If your keyboard started acting weird right after a battery replacement, the odds are high this is a hardware connection issue, not a software one

I changed My laptop battery few days ago. but like before it is not working. Working Timing is less then before. Due to this I have to charge my laptop again and again.
