Keyboard Problem
Dell G15 5510
My laptop keyboard has stopped working properly. Sometimes, it randomly executes some random keys such as ''fsda'' or ''jklş,97'' and hits enter. Sometimes, it randomly closes pages and applications I'm in. When I try to use the laptop's internal keyboard, it's not even working. The ''q, w, e, r, t, y...'' keys don't work and when I try to use the ''space'' key, it actually executes the ''dot'' key. So, when I hit the space key sometimes dots appear and sometimes the ''ç'' key appears. I'm sure there's no physical damage. Is it software-related?

Have you recently installed any software in the system?
