Laptop Dell BSOD Making me crazy missing something?

Hey guys, my Dell laptop keeps experiencing BSODs and is driving me crazy. I am unable to identify the cause. The system has been reimaged, error logs have been reviewed, and all drivers are current. I have completed all built-in RAM and Hard Drive diagnostics, among others. I'm seeking advise because there might be anything I'm missing.

When the laptop is not in use and nothing is running, it will occasionally crash. either 5 days or 1 hour could pass. The amount of work seems unimportant. The code, which is something along the lines of STOP ERROR CODE, reboots, runs a system diagnostic, and everything is fine. I assumed the Event Viewer > System would have a log; is there another place where information might be kept?

Shisui2032,

Post the system model and the installed OS. If you could also post what the Stop Error Code reads it would be helpful in trying to resolve the issue.

Hello,

BSOD or blue screen of death if you are unable to write down the stop code you can find it in windows logs

windows key +r type eventvwr also there is software that can help you like bluescreenview  or whocrashed  such software will help you identify the cause of the crashes.
