Laptop is bad

This is without doubt the worst laptop I have ever used, the cursor is unresponsive and moves around the screen, the screen zooms in without being needed and is very hit and miss when trying to use. As this is my fourth laptop from Dell I am so disappointed as all the previous laptops have been fantastic. I am now in the prosses of looking to another company to replace this machine and I'm not sure I will ever return to Dell
