Memoria ram con problemas
Estimados.
Tengo el siguiente inconveniente, he instalado memoria ram adicional. 16Gb+16Gb. Pero solo me reconoce una sola memoria ram de 16Gb. he tratado instalando en el otro puerto de la memoria ram, pero el computador no arranca. Al revisar en bios dice "Memory empy" Pense que podria ser la memoria ram dañanda (Esta nueva) Pero probe con la que estaba funcionando. Sin resultados.
Me da la impresion de lo siguiente; El slot esta dañado para la memoria ram o el stlot esta desactivado, pero no se como se puede habilitar, si ese sea el caso.
Ayudenme porfavor.

As ejn63 wrote, you have one RAM slot/socket that is not functional You could try this:
Use a soft pencil eraser to clean all the contacts on the RAM stick.
Moisten a microfibre cloth with 99% isopropyl alcohol and use a credit card to slip the damp cloth into the RAM slot to clean its contacts.
After everything is dry, insert the new RAM stick firmly at a 30° to 45° angle, ensuring that it seats fully in the slot.
If the system still will not recognize good RAM in that slot, then unfortunately the only solution would be to replace the motherboard.
