Microphone issues with Dell G3 15
Dell G3 15 3500
Lately I've been having issues with both my built in microphone or when I'm using a headset. It doesn't seem to be picking up audio. I've checked but it doesn't appear there are any needed driver updates. When I do a microphone test it says 9% of total volume but when I do a video call no one can hear me (in Zoom or other online conferencing software). Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated.

what does your mic input levels look like under sound (right click the speaker icon next to the clock>sounds>recording click on our mic>properties>levels

If I right click on the speaker icon and select sound settings, it takes me to system > sounds. I don't have "recording" there.
If I select "Microphone Array", that's the screen shot that was in the first message.
