Mouse touchpad is not working properly, lagging and suddenly stop working.

Hello,
I have a dell laptop which is Inspiron 15 3511 while I using these laptop I am facing issue of mouse trackpad is not working properly , Suddenly stop anywhere pointer scrolling and all types of mouse work suddenly lag. These is happen multiple time in day with me , So I request to help me solve these issue.

A quick fix for this is turning off mouse acceleration and setting touchpad delay to "No delay." If you suspect a recent Windows Update is causing your mouse lag, you might try uninstalling that Windows update to see if it fixes the issue. Some users report that Cortana can contribute to mouse lag.
