My Dell G5 Stop working
Today I was using the laptop for a presentation when the computer suddenly turn off. When I try to turn it back on, the keyboard back light flash 4 times and the screen remain black for around 15 seconds then it turned off. The computer doesn't make any sounds when I turned on. I try swapping the RAM and disconnecting both the main battery and the CMOS battery, I try removing the SSD. Can someone please give me some advice? Has anyone seen a similar problem.
Note: I don't use it for gaming, and it recently update it self to Windows 11

If you remove the RAM and then try to boot the system, are you hearing any beeps which would indicate no RAM detected?

Hi @Johmark welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Please run the LCD built-in self-test (BIST) diagnostics. How to Run the LCD Built-in Self-Test on a Dell Laptop | Dell US.
Please reseat the RAM cards so that screen works during POST (Power On Self-Test). If a RAM card has failed, insert just one card then the other, in one card slot then the other slot.
Please look at troubleshooting and table in Keyboard flashing on and off - Dell Community

Perform a hard reset
Power off your Dell PC
Disconnect the AC adapter or power cord, and remove the battery (for Dell laptop PCs).
Disconnect all external devices or peripherals like USB drives, printer cables, and media cards (SD/xD).
Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to drain residual power.
Connect the AC adapter or power cord and the battery (for Dell laptop PCs).
If your Dell PC still does not power on or boot into the operating system, follow the appropriate guide below based on your Dell PC's symptoms. You can also follow the instructions below to run a hardware diagnostic check on your Dell PC.
Run hardware diagnostics
When your Dell PC does not seem to be working correctly, diagnostics are available to help you identify and resolve the issue. Dell has built a suite of self-diagnostic tests into Dell laptops, desktops, servers, and Windows-based tablets. These are called the Dell Enhanced Pre-Boot System Assessment (ePSA) or Dell Pre-Boot System Assessment (PSA) Diagnostics.
When your Dell PC encounters a problem, it is recommended that you first try to run a diagnostic test. Any error codes that these tests provide can go a long way toward troubleshooting your issue.
