My laptop doesn't restart properly
I have a strange problem with my laptop. When I select the option to RESTART the Computer, or with the computer runs an update and automatically restarts, the computer does not restart. It goes into a blank screen and doesn't enter into windows. Then if I force shutdown the computer and turn it on again, it works. The boot problem only happens when I try to restart the computer.
At first I thought that it was a Windows problem, but I formatted the computer and did a clean install of the Windows 10 and the problem persists. It's a pain because every update that windows does, the computer automatically restarts and enter in the blank screen, and then I need to force shutdown and turn it on again. If I install a software like Docker Desktop for example that needs to restart the system to install properly, I also have the same problem... any restart doesn't work, but shutdown and turn on again works fine.
Any idea of what can be causing this ? Many Thanks.

My problem was solved. After I formatted the computer and reinstalled the windows 10, I got through the windows updates an update of the System Bios, more specifically, of the Intel Management Firmware. I restarted the computer to install this update and the restart worked properlly, and continued to work well since then.

Please write a detailed description of the issue you are facing and any troubleshooting steps that you might have already tried.
Do you get the ME error? Do you have another HDD to test with?

I forgot to mention the model of the laptop. It's a BCC Dell G3 15 BTX, 3590 (Selek 15)
About the troubleshooting, the only thing that I tried until now (by searching in internet for topics with similar problem), was disabling the Fast Start option in the Control Painel, but didn't solved the problem.
I don't got ME error or any errors when I restart, the computer just initiates the restarting process and don't proceed to the windows or any boot manager option. No errors are shown, it just don't continue the process, and then I force shutdown in the computer and turn it on again and then the initialization goes fine. It's a problem exclusively on Restarting.
About another HDD, currently I don't have because my SSD got a problem. But previously, I had the Windows on the SSD, and I had the same restart problem too. After my SSD got corrupted (last week), I formated the computer and installed the Windows on the HDD, and the restart problem persists.

My restart problem went away after I enabled boot logging from and admin command prompt. (right click command prompt). and typing bcdedit /set current bootlog Yes . the word current comes from just typing bcdedit and noting the identifier field.
