Unless there are substantive issues, ignore the diagnostic error.

The memory is not soldered.  Unplug the system, disconnect the battery from the mainboard and swap the two modules.  Re-test.  If the error follows the module to DIMM1, replace the module.  If it occurs on the other module when that's in DIMM2, it's the socket that's bad.  For that you'll either need to live with one module, or replace the mainboard.

While this is a UK site, it does suggest that an upgrade is possible...

https://www.mrmemory.co.uk/memory-ram-upgrades/dell/inspiron-notebook/7706-2-in-1

There is a good chance that DELL did not make the memory.

https://www.dell.com/en-uk/shop/pfydresults/6230092?categoryId=8535

even tho it has a Dell sticker attached.

I use Piriform Speccy to view my memory modules.

Does Dell not take responsibility for replacing if the fault is memory (as memory is mostly given lifetime warranty)

B.T.W what is the expected warranty time for this product.. as amazon sold me this product after two years of manufacturing..

This is the output from speccy..

Also which screwdrivers to be used to open the laptop, any link from the Amazon India website pl. that would help a lot, should I take metal screwdrivers, etc.. if yes what size works great.. I don't wish to spoil this laptop hence looking for what is the right screw set to use

Any set of standard Phillips screwdrivers will work.

The memory warranty is the system warranty -- while many memory manufacturers extend a "lifetime" warranty for end user purchases, they do not for OEM memory modules.
