Need help with BSOD error/Freezing

Hello community,

I own a Dell Inspiron 14 5410 2 in 1 that recently underwent a motherboard change, and ever since I got back the device, I've been facing an issue with it freezing or showing a BSOD error (CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT). Windows 11 was reinstalled after the motherboard was replaced. I've tried the following things to rectify/diagnose the error:

1) sfc /scannow on the CMD. It says, "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
2) Advanced Hardware scan on Dell's Support Assist. No issues found.

3) Windows Memory Diagnostics scan. No issues here too.
4) Drivers, downloads and updates have been performed up to date.

It's not always that the BSOD error shows up. Sometimes, the laptop freezes randomly and can only be revived by force shutting down (long press the power button) and switching it on again. One thing I've found to be consistent is that the freezing occurs when the underside of the laptop heats up. Not always the case, but it is a point to note.

At this moment, I can't play a video on laptop for long or work on the laptop when plugged. Need help with what the issue could be and how best to rectify it.

Thanks,
Aditya
