hi there, i have a dell G15 5511 with 180w charger, when i play some game while charging my battery go down, do need to buy a 240w charger?

Not necessarily. The system will tap the battery when demands on the system are high. This is perfectly normal. A 240 W adapter may help but it won't necessarily eliminate the battery discharging during high demand.
