No bootable devices found
I have a dell inspiron 3583 that keeps showing no bootable devices found and I can't get into my computer. When I try to reinstall the recovery image it shows me a message that the biosconnect cannot connect to the network even after putting my wifi password correctly

It sounds like the boot menu order is incorrect. Have you checked the boot menu to make sure Windows Boot Manager is first on the list order? Also run diagnostics, F12 immediately at boot, to make sure that you do not have a drive problem.
