This web page at GPUMag states the optimal (ideal range) for NVidia GPUs is 75-85 Celsius and the maximum is 95-100 Celsius. In which case you are well below those specs. But if it concerns you then call Dell tech support for more information.
That temperature is fine. The Thermal Junction temperature as per the Intel specs here is 100 Celsius and you are nowhere even close to that. I suspect the temperature you saw is the temperature of the environment that the system is to be used in and not the temp of the CPU.
If you look again at the chart it is the list of Operating and Storage Environment.
