Not charging
My Dell inspiron 13-7353 2-in-one laptop is not charging no power led not running but when I plug in the laptop into power socket a side of motherboard is heating but no signs of life except this... Please help....

Have you ever replaced the battery on the 5-6 year old laptop? You probably need a genuine new battery from Dell. Don't buy batteries from online sellers--too many scams.
