Not start workstation (laptop)

I have dell inspiron 7760 i9 linux system 

Last time I used that time battry is near to the very low then after 3 day I see laptop is not possible to start also when I put in charging then not showing any charging indicating light, fan shound, beep nothing have

I think you need to make sure the power supply unit works.

Take it to a local repairer if you cannot open the back of the laptop.

I was open back cover and remove battry then push it power button 20 to 40 second for the drain power also again connect battry and checked but not possible to start when I push power button only i get indicating light in power button nothing more ani beep,fan sound, not possible charge because not getting charging indicating light when I put in charge

Try without a battery connected, only PSU, and RUN SOME DIAGNOSTICS if possible.

Consider trying this is the conditions are suitable...

1. Press and hold both the M key on the keyboard and the power button to initiate M-BIST.
2. With both the M key and the power button held down, the battery indicator LED may exhibit two states:
   1. OFF: No fault detected with the system board
   2. AMBER: Indicates a problem with the system board
3. If there is a failure with the system board, the battery status LED will flash one of the following error codes for 30 seconds: Table 1. LED error codes

When I pushed M + Power button key then 30 second one time blink the power button indicating light ...
