NVMe SSD UPGRADE

I have an Inspiron 15 5000(5593) and I want to add a 512 GB M.2 NVME ssd. Does it possible ?

Yes - that said, open the system and be sure the required mounting hardware is present.  If it's not you'll need to order that from Dell.
Also note:  when an NVMe drive and a SATA drive are both present in the system, the NVMe must be your boot drive (i.e., you'll need to reload Windows or clone the existing copy onto the new drive).  If you choose to clone, be sure you boot the system with ONLY the NVMe  drive installed the very first time after you clone.

Looks like it has a M.2 slot for a NVME drive yes. There's a tutorial on YouTube of it's disassembly which shows a M.2 slot.

I recently added an SSD NVMe gen 3/4 to my 5570 using Macrium reflect software. The easy way I found to ascertain if it would work was to choose an SSD of the desired spec and then ask the supplier/manufacture of the SSD. They usually have very knowledgeable guys in there cust. support dept. Many of these operate an email helpdesk to answer such questions
