opengl problem

Hello everyone, i have a inspiron 1525 with windows 7 ultimate, and i want to play quake3 but when ir runit i get this error.

GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem

ive tried to update drivers from dells website but they didnt work.
