pannel issue

I would like to clearly state that the panel issue occurred on its own. The laptop was not dropped, hit, mishandled, or subjected to any accidental damage from my side. The panel has started coming off/separating by itself during normal use.

Therefore, I do not understand why this issue is being classified under the Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty. This is not an accidental damage claim. If a panel is coming off by itself without any external impact or misuse, it should be properly inspected as a potential product/manufacturing or hardware-related issue.

I request Dell to reconsider the classification of this case and arrange a proper inspection of the laptop. I also request that the repair be covered under the applicable standard warranty, rather than using my one-time accidental damage entitlement for an issue that was not caused by me.
