Unplug the AC adapter from wall outlet, wait about 1 minute, plug adapter back into wall outlet, hopefully battery start charging again. Please check the status of LED indicator (or light) on the AC adapter.

Don't forget the battery is warrantied for 1 year. This is a user to user forum. Contact Support directly if needed.
