Poor customer service
I see that over the years Dell Customer Service has failed to improve. I add my name to the list of those who have received incredibly poor customer service - being transferred from Tech Support to the operator to Tech Support to the operator to some other department to Tech Support and still they didn't deal with the issue which was related to Dell Peripheral Manager software that does not give an option to add an active pen even though all the instructional material on the Dell website presents images of it doing so.
Tech Support were ultimately unhelpful, putting me through to Sales - though all they did was put me through to the recorded assistant which eventually cut me off.
One operative refused to put me through to a manager - on the pretext of that no-one was available. Tech Support did not understand the issue and were unwilling to listen to the problem, trying to deflect it onto something else.
Dell Customer Care is very poor.
