Its not always the case, the Fan may sound normal but can have internal issues.
1 update bios (most important)
2 Open backpanel and disconnect CPU fan cable, battery cable Hold the power button down for 30 seconds. Connect both fan and Battery again
Last option replace fan

Here's what happen: I saw the error code and search for it then followed the solution there, I already updated the bios yesterday but it still didn't work. (I used my laptop yesterday almost all day). Then I check the temperature of gpu and it's only around 50°C. then I let it be.
Today, after i woke up it didn't pop out and im happy about that but now when I just tried to restart again, this error shows up again. Does this something to do with the temperature of the laptop? Coz it didnt appear when i first opened it(prolly coz it's cool for first startup)

No high temperatures do not cause the issue.
The message is specifically for CPU Fan
