Pre Boot System Performance Check

Question

Tengo una INSPIRON 15 5000 que desde hace un tiempo no me carga la batería. De hecho la uso todos los días enchufada y la carga muestra 8 a 9 % y no carga. En 2 oportunidades observé que cargó al 100%. No lo ha vuelto a hacer. Al reiniciala me aparece el sig cartel. _Warning Message Alert! The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined. The battery may not charge. The system will adjust the performance to match the power available. Note: This warning can be disabled in BIOS setup. No se a que se debe. Agradezco cualquier guia o solución.  GRACIAS

In order, try 1.  A new OEM Del AC adapter. 2.  A new, OEM DC input jack. one of these usually solves the problem.
