Problem description
I purchased a PN5122W stylus, but I'm unable to connect it to my Dell Inspiron 7445 laptop. The laptop doesn't recognize the pen at all, and in the settings or the Dell Peripheral Manager app, the option for the stylus doesn't appear. It seems like the laptop doesn't detect the pen or support pairing with it.
