Problem not able to access my system
When i power on the system it shows service tag and asks for system password which i forgot and there is no way to guess, and then when i try to enter the bios after F12 screen holds i am not able to enter the os as well as bios ,
plz suggest some idea to fix this.

You will need to call Dell support. On verification of ownership and (if the system is out warranty, payment for the call), they will assist you in unlocking the system.
