Problemas com o Inspiron
Comprei um notbook da Dell em agosto do ano passado e desde então só tenho problemas com o mesmo. Só vive travando. Passo quase 30 min. pra conseguir acessar um site e não consigo abrir documentos básicos do word e power point. Já fiz diversos suportes remotos e não se resolve.

We can't do much without knowing what model system you have, but in general, if it has any of these performance killers:
i3 CPU,
4G RAM
spinning hard drive
It's not going to run well under Windows 10. Since you cannot upgrade the CPU, you really need another 4G or more of memory, and to replace the spinning hard drive with a solid state drive.
