Question

I have bought my laptop form about 6 or 7 months(Dell G3 3500) .

Now laptop charging lamp turns off and illuminate(red and white quickly) (but that doesn't happen all the time but it's occurrence increase over the time) ,and when I charge it while it is running , the fans sound louder , and the laptop is heating up.

I searched my problem on google ,and after trying some ways i found that my efficiency decreased a lot.

Now what I can do to solve this problem??!

Per dell power manager > Battery status is

> Good

It goes like Excellent >. Good > . Fair >> Poor

Now since your machine is within 12 month period you can claim the Battery warranty from Dell and get a replacement battery. Make a note this machine is branded as Gaming, do not expect a great battery life from it, even with a new one.

Now Fans and Heat, I don't think that related to battery

Open Dell power manager and set the thermal profile to Cool.
