The card does not support 5G. Anytime you see a wifi N card where the suffix ends in b/g/n, that means it is a single band (2.4 GHz) card only. You can click here to download the service manual for information to change the card.

I have a problem with this adapter in my Inspiron 3671.  WiFi was working fine until I had to replace my WiFi router.  Now all WiFi devices on my network work fine except this Dell.  I have very intermittent WiFi  on this adapter and when it connects the speed is 1/10th of what it should be. I've reset the adapter numerous times, rebooted the router, etc.  No change.  Any ideas to trouble shoot this would be appreciated. 

If the system was working OK with an older router, check to see if there is a firmware update for the new one.  If not, you may need to consider buying a new wireless card for this system -- which is a desktop, not a notebook (you've posted in the notebook forum).
