R16 liquid pump replacement

CPU fan detect failure message because of liquid pump how much will it cost to get it repaired is there a place I can take it to. My premium warranty expired July 14 or so if I renew it how much would that cost and if I do renew it will I get it repaired for free. Someone please tell me costs of both renewing, and not renewing and just paying to get it repairs. I live in Joliet is there a place I can physically take it to to get it repaired or no?
