RAM UPGRADE
Inspiron 15 5568 2-in-1
I replace the RAM in my laptop from 4GB to 16GB but after installing the new one the laptop doesn't turn on and the power light change from clear to orange. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, I put the original one back but still it doesn't turn on and as i said before the power light turn from clear/white to orange color. Any reason why it happens?

If returning the original RAM to the system allows the system to power up, the new RAM is either faulty or not compatible with the system.

Before proceeding,
Unplug the system and remove the base cover. Disconnect the battery from the system board and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Install just the original memory module. Try powering up on AC only (leave the battery disconnected). If that works, then reconnect the battery and try again.

An amber light could also mean a battery that is at a very low charge or an adapter problem. Is the light steady or is it blinking in sequence such as 2 blinks etc.?

When you replaced the RAM, did you unplug the system and disconnect the battery first?

Falbertp0528,
Below is the LED Diagnostic ode chart and what they represent as far as troubleshooting issues.
The Battery LED also acts as the hard-drive activity light. Press Fn+H to toggle between the battery and hard-drive activity light function.
Diagnostic LED
This platform relies on the Battery LED light blinking in an amber/white pattern to determine failure listed in the following table.
The blinking patterns will consist of a set of 2 numbers (representing First Group: Amber blinks, Second Group: White blinks).
First Group: The LED blinks 1 to 9 times followed by a brief pause with LED off at an interval of 1.5 seconds. This is in Amber color.
Second Group: The LED blinks 1 to 9 times, that would then be followed by a longer pause before the next cycle starts again at an interval of 1.5 seconds. This is in White color.
Example: No Memory detected (2,3). Battery LED blinks two times in Amber followed by a pause, and then blinks 3 times in White. The Battery LED will pause for 3 seconds before the next cycle repeats itself again.
