Random shutdown and power off
My machine has a long history of faults. The most persistent at this time is having the machine shutdown after a period of non-use, then requiring the power button to be held down for 6 seconds, released, then a brief press to start the machine, which then goes to a blue screen saying the software did no load properly.
After multiple remote access with Support I am no where closer to the problem solution.
History include replaced mother board 3 times, SSD twice
This happened using Win10, and also Win11
Any suggestions?

it seems likely that the problem is hardware-related. Here are some possible next steps to try:
Test the RAM: Faulty RAM can cause a wide range of issues, including shutdowns and boot failures. You can try running a memory test utility to check if the RAM is working properly.
Check the power supply: If the power supply is not supplying enough power to the system, it can cause instability and shutdowns. You can try replacing the power supply with a known working one.
Check for overheating: Overheating can cause the system to shut down to protect itself. You can check the system's temperature using monitoring software, and ensure that all fans are working properly and the heatsinks are not clogged with dust.
Check for other hardware issues: It's possible that other components, such as the graphics card or the CPU, are causing the issue. You can try running hardware diagnostics to check for any problems.
If none of these steps solve the problem, it may be time to consider getting a new machine or seeking professional repair services.

There are few reasons listed below that Dell laptop keep turning off by itself.
First check if Laptop software is corrupted due to virus
Check the battery issue. i.e replace the same model laptop battery and check it. If it working perfect then battery issue is there.
Check the mother board if it is short circuit Laptop will turning off by itself.
These are the main reasons that Dell laptop keep turning off by itself.

Hi 2 Jasper. I have tested the ram using the advanced check in Support Assist. Came up with a clean report.
Re power supply, this is the standard 45w supply and the only thing I am powering on occasions, not related to the shutdown etc. is an IOS phone
There is no evidence of overheating.
Support crew are scratching their heads too.
Any other thoughts?

I got the same issue as you too! And i have tried calling the technician to fix it and replacing any parts relevant for a frequent times but still the problem assists. They also couldn’t tell where exactly the problem occurred from. If you found your solution do share with me, appreciate it!
