Re: How to ask a question

I was trying to put a question in dell community for last 30 minutes. Only option is to send private message. The above question some one has given a link to Microsoft site to ask questions. How to post a question in this community ? MY camera of new laptop suddently turned blur after a week . all ask to re install the drive , this is done but no use . any one can help , thanks a lot in advance

Hi, what type and model is your laptop? have you tried any hardware trouble shooters? is the problem fixed now?

  • Please i don't know how to post a question but I have a problem with my laptop dell g3 2018 version, its has been heating up when I play games it goes to 100 degrees, then I checked XTU and my max core frequency was -2.30ghz please how can I fix it
