reboot/dock issue
If the laptop is disconnected from d6000 dock, whether open or closed, I connect the usb-c cable, the usb connection will not establish and the light on the dock stays orange. The laptop reports that it is charging, however. I have to reboot the laptop in order for the usb connection to be established. When I select reboot, the laptop just shuts down. I have to open the laptop, manually hit the power key and then the laptop will restart. When it reboots, it the laptop sees the usb peripherals. Resetting the power on the dock does not help. I have to reboot.
Dell update tool reports no drivers needed.
When I first connect the laptop to the dock and the usb connection is not established, running scan for hardware changes in the device manager does not change anything.
