Screen goes black time to time!
Inspiron 15 7559
Hi, I have an Inspiron 15 7559
The problem is when I switch it on the screen is black, I have connected to an external display, so bios loading appears on that. Then bios screen appears with 'Unsupportive Display device found", I click continue. Ok, windows boots. If I want the laptop screen I have to as shown in the GIF. And screen goes black time to time.
Could you please suggest me a solution? TIA. Tharanga

A simple problem with the power settings might also cause your monitor to black off randomly. So, you should verify that Energy Saving mode or a screen saver is not enabled on your device.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Nope, those are 'Never" . Even if so, why a white border in the screen? It is so annoying!
