SCREEN STUCK WHEN VIBRATE
Hello and thank you for helping to resolve this issue. I don't know much about computers, but I like to play games. I recently bought a Dell G3 3500 15 laptop and had a problem with the laptop. This means that when you move your laptop a little (vibrate), the screen freezes and the sound from the laptop starts to appear. I'm forcibly shutting it down. One day when I put my laptop on a strong desk, the screen turned green and went out. Of course, I recommend visiting google and checking the LCD. I tried, but everything was fine. How do I fix this? Do I have to go to the repairman? Can i decide for myself?

My first guess would be a loose or defective LCD cable. The service manual here describes procedures. Of course it could also be the screen is having problems. I assume you ran diagnostics (tap F12 immediately at boot) when you say everything was fine. At this point it may be that you need a tech to inspect the screen and cable. You could also try connecting an external monitor and see if that screen is affected when moving the laptop. If it is then the problem lies in the MB/GPU.
